Yes, appointments are preferred to reduce waiting times. However, our Family Physician also accommodates walk-ins based on availability and urgency.
Yes, we accept most major South African medical aid schemes. Please bring your medical aid card and ID to your first. Any shortfalls or uncovered services are payable by the patient.
WeCare Medical Centre accepts private-paying patients. A consultation fee will be discussed with you before the appointment. Payment is required at the time of service.

•A valid form of identification (ID or passport)
•Your medical aid card (if applicable)
•Any previous medical records, test results or chronic medication lists
No. Unless stated in writing by the practitioner, all follow-ups and future consultations are billed separately according to our standard tariffs.
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Yes. Your personal and medical information is protected in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We will not share your data without your consent unless required by law.
After-hours and emergency services are only offered by our gynaecologist. If you require urgent gynaecological assistance outside of regular hours, please contact: 076 357 8301.
Repeat prescriptions may be requested for chronic conditions already managed by our doctors. You may need a follow-up consultation depending on the condition and time since your last visit.
Test results are usually available within a few days, depending on the test. You will be contacted to schedule a follow-up or you may call the practice to check if your results are ready. Some results require an in-person consultation.
We currently have one practitioner per discipline. you choose the practitioner based on your medical needs.
Please inform our reception staff as soon as any of your personal, contact, or medical aid information changes to ensure your account and medical records remain accurate.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, patients who arrive more than minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the doctor’s schedule.
Yes. You may request a copy of your records by submitting a written request. There may be a fee, and processing can take a few business days, depending on the request's scope.
